I was changing computer hardware back in the 90's and built my first computer in 2003 before starting college. My work experience is in Technology Support.
Software Engineering
I graduated college with a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering. My most recent automation applications have saved a single department 400+ hours of labor in a single year.
Learning as a solution
Ai is being pushed as the next step in technology, but this is just a tool just like all the prior advancements. This is a tool which cannot replace human choice still required today.
